How does your pricing work?

Our pricing starts from $120 and goes up depending on the condition of your vehicle and its size. We use four condition tiers: Clean (well-maintained), Moderate (noticeable dirt/minor stains), Dirty (significant staining, pet hair, or food spills), and Extreme (heavily neglected). Each tier has a set base price. The worse the condition, the higher the price. Larger vehicles (7-seater SUVs, vans) attract an extra +$80 and add 1.5 hours to the service time. Optional add-ons such as engine bay detailing (+$40), headlight restoration (+$60), and water spot removal (+$160) are also available. Your final quote is always shown before you confirm your booking.

How long does a detail take?

Most details take between 2–6 hours depending on the size of the vehicle and its condition.

Do I need to be home during the service?

You don't need to be present during the service — however, we do need access to a power outlet and a tap with running water. This means most work carparks or offices aren't suitable. Your home, driveway, or any location with those facilities works perfectly.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes. We arrive fully equipped with professional detailing products and equipment.

What do I need to have ready before you arrive?

Not much at all — just three things: access to a power outlet, access to a tap with running water, and your car keys. That's all we need to get started. We take care of everything else.

Can you remove stains from seats and carpets?

In most cases, yes. We can significantly improve or completely remove many stains, although results depend on how long the stain has been present and the material affected.

What's included in an interior detail?

Our interior detail includes vacuuming, wipe-down of surfaces, cleaning of vents, mats, seats, door jambs, windows, and other interior surfaces.

What's included in an exterior detail?

Exterior detailing includes a thorough wash, wheel cleaning, tyre dressing, bug and grime removal, window cleaning, and paint enhancement where applicable.

How often should I get my car detailed?

For most daily-driven vehicles, every 1–2 months helps maintain appearance and protect the paint and interior.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and electronic payment methods. Payment is completed once the service is finished.

Are your products safe for paint and interiors?

Yes. We use professional-grade products designed specifically for automotive surfaces.

Can you detail heavily neglected vehicles?

Absolutely. We regularly work on vehicles with heavy dirt build-up, stains, pet hair, and neglected interiors.
